As we are starting to get more PC's into positions around the Sept I've been reminded that some form of rules for activity should be posted so there is no confusion over what is required.

In order to challenge for and hold a position in the Sept you must be an active character and you must check the forums and keep up with what's going on. Most of our storyline communication happens on the forums.

I define active as this - Online and in scenes at least once a week. Social scenes, ST run scenes, etc. You have to be seen and known to be around.

After you have a position, you must remain active as per my definition above, you must also be available to perform the duties of your position whether by appointment (arranged meetings via forum posts, times set while on the chat, etc), forum scenes/posts (IE leaving orders for packs or groups to handle things, reports posted, etc) and so on.

If RL pulls you away, you'll need to let the ST's know. Positions can be held for a time while a player is inactive as long as we have some idea of what is going on.

If the extended time away last longer then one month without notice or 6 weeks with notice, something may need to be done in order to be fair to the other players in the game.

Whether that is the character relinquishing the position willingly, it being stripped by the elders and put up for challenge, or an arranged challenge in order to let the position change hands. It will be decided on a case by case basis.

If you have any questions, please feel free to fpm me or catch me on the chat.

Thanks!
