(A note from your friendly Vampire Storytellers: if you intend to attempt a Lasombra PC, be prepared to undergo a RIGOROUS sanctioning process and be prepared to provide a DETAILED history that explains precisely how your PC is alive and has avoided Sabbat assassination or Camarilla sanctioning, and be forewarned that we will deny or require rewrite for weak or brief histories. Those two slots may be expanded if the venue grows large enough but more than likely will remain unfilled - this is to ensure that the game remains balanced and fun for all involved.)
Keep in mind that only Followers of Set, Gangrel, and Ravnos are allowed as Independent characters.
Fill in prelude form and post to the Vampire XP threads with your character's name as the subject. No PC will be sanctioned without prior approved Background and prelude form. Wait for approval before submitting sheet, or the sheet is subject to deletion without notice. Anarch characters will use the creation guidelines from the The Guide to the Anarchs, not those from the Vampire: the Masquerade core book.
